In paranormal news, the unfinished Sunset and Western Target may be haunted by the ghost of the closed Sunset and Fountain Circuit City.
“Sometimes at night, pedestrians can hear a disembodied voice saying the Circuit City tagline ‘Where Service is State of the Art’” Says ghost hunter Richard Reeves. “And, when the moon is full you can see a ghostly Circuit City logo in that big empty hole where the Target logo is supposed to go.” Reeves urged officials to exercise the ghost of the long dead Circuit City by just “getting out of the way of construction and letting them finally finish the Target”.
Experts worry that with the Wilshire Boulevard Radioshack on its last legs, the Sunset and Western Target may experience a rare double haunting when the RadioShack finally goes under. ”The ghosts of the Sunset and Fountain Circuit City and the Wilshire Boulevard RadioShack haunting the husk of the Sunset and Western Target? Stranger things have happened” says Reeves.
